We are committed to ensuring that every order of men’s and women’s accessories reaches you quickly, securely, and in flawless condition. This Shipping Policy explains the terms and process for product delivery on our platform. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.   

Shipping Coverage  

  • Deliveries are available to all serviceable pin codes across India.   
     
  • International shipping is currently not supported.  

Order Processing  

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays .   
     
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  

Estimated Delivery Duration  

Standard deliveries usually take 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.   

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

Deliveries may fail due to the following reasons:  

  • An incomplete or incorrect delivery address.   
     
  • The recipient being unavailable at the provided address.   
     
  • Refusal to accept the order upon delivery.  

Action:    If a delivery attempt fails for any of these reasons, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you may request a re-shipment.   

Damaged or Lost Orders  

  • In case of damaged items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic proof of the damage.   
     
  • For orders lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be processed after necessary verification with the courier service.
