We understand that sometimes fashion decisions change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy to help guide you through the process:  

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch  

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.    
     
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email .    
     
  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders in Transit  

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may return the item after delivery following the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.    

Changes to Orders  

  • Once an order is placed, modifications to items or delivery details cannot be made .    
     
  • If you need to make changes, please cancel the current order (if eligible) and place a new one with the correct details.
